"Not gonna lie, it was late again"
Not gonna lie, it’s frustrating when the flight is delayed again and you’re left just waiting around. I was hoping for a smoother trip this time, but it ended up being the same late departure as usual.
"Pretty happy with how on-time they were"
Pretty happy with it overall. I’ve flown with Cape Air a few times now, and the main thing I appreciated was that the flights actually left when they were supposed to. I didn’t run into any weird delays or last-minute schedule changes, which made planning a lot easier. that’s really all I needed.
"Felt reassured during a delayed flight"
My Cape Air flight ended up getting delayed, which brought back that familiar travel stress of wondering if you’re just going to be stuck with no answers. But they texted updates quickly, and the gate staff actually took the time to explain what was happening. It wasn’t a perfect situation, but I remember feeling a lot calmer because I wasn’t left guessing.

"Surprisingly roomy for a small plane"
I flew with Cape Air and wasn’t expecting much room since it’s such a small plane, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had enough space to sit comfortably and keep my bag nearby, and it didn’t feel nearly as cramped as I thought it would. Boarding was simple, the flight was easy, and the cabin space was totally fine for me. A friend had actually recommended Cape Air, and now I get why.

"Comfortable enough, but know what you’re getting"
Just a heads up if you’re flying Cape Air: it’s a small plane, so don’t go in expecting a roomy commercial jet setup. That said, I was actually surprised by the seat comfort. There wasn’t a ton of space, but for a short trip it was totally fine, and I didn’t feel too cramped. I’d give it 4 stars overall.

"Too expensive for such a basic flight"
I booked with Cape Air because it seemed like the easiest option for a quick trip, but the price felt steep for what it was. The plane was fine and the flight got me where I needed to go, but nothing about the experience really made it feel worth the cost.
The staff were pleasant enough in person, but when I reached out to support about the fees and pricing, I came away feeling like they were putting it on me for not understanding the charges instead of actually addressing it. For such a simple setup, I expected it to be more affordable. I’d only fly with them again if I really didn’t have another option

"Friendly enough, but I felt a bit brushed off"
I flew with Cape Air recently, and overall the staff were nice and the process was easy from check-in to boarding. Everyone was polite, and the pilot even answered a quick question with a smile, which I appreciated. That said, there were a couple moments where I felt a little dismissed when I had questions, like they were trying to move me along instead of really listening. The plane was small, which I expected, but the crew did keep things calm. I’d probably fly with them again, but I wish the experience had felt a bit more personal
"Baggage was kind of a mixed bag"
So, like, my bag did end up showing up, but it was definitely late, which was kind of annoying. I was a little worried for a bit, but thankfully, you know, nothing was broken or damaged once I got it.

"I was in a good..."
I was in a good mood after this one because boarding with Cape Air was so easy. No long lines, no confusing announcements, just a smooth get-on-and-go kind of process. The staff kept things moving without making everyone feel rushed or stressed. It ended up being one of the quickest boardings I’ve had in a while.

"Connection was more stressful than it should’ve been"
The Cape Air flight itself was totally fine, but the connection part felt really disorganized. It was one of those travel moments that reminds you how much a trip depends on the little things going smoothly. Nobody seemed totally sure whether our bags would transfer or where we were supposed to go next, which made everything feel more stressful than it needed to be. The staff were nice, and I appreciated that, but better coordination would’ve made a big difference.

This place wasn’t pet friendly at all. Trying to travel with my pet was stressful, and the whole experience was just not it

"Accessibility info was helpful, but also kind of a headache"
I tried reaching out to get some accessibility details before booking, and it was a bit frustrating. The support team wasn’t exactly rude or anything, and I did eventually get some answers, but the replies were slow and not super clear. In a way, they were helpful, but also not helpful enough to make me feel confident. It ended up making the whole booking process more stressful than I expected.

"Easy to book without any hassle"
I booked my flight on capeair.com yesterday afternoon, and it only took me a few minutes. The pages loaded quickly, and I was able to find the prices and flight times easily without having to click around forever.

"Nice Clean Little Plane"
The cabin was clean, and the seats looked decent enough for the flight. Nothing fancy, but it felt taken care of, which made me feel a lot more comfortable. that little bit of cleanliness really made the trip feel easier and more reassuring.

"Useful for small airports, but planning can be a hassle"
Cape Air is definitely handy if you’re trying to get to or from smaller airports, and I appreciated that part. The flights can make certain trips possible that would otherwise be a pain. But this is where it got annoying: once I needed to connect somewhere else, the route options felt limited. I ended up working around weird flight times and extra stops, which made the whole thing less convenient than I expected. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as easy as I’d hoped

"Good quick flight, just a bit tight"
Booking was super easy and the staff was really nice. The flight leave on time, which I appreciated. The plane was tiny and the seats feels a little cramped, but overall it was a good trip.

"Quick help when I really needed it"
I had to change my flight at the last minute and thought it was going to turn into a whole hassle.
I messaged Cape Air customer service and they got back to me much faster than I expected. The person helping me was friendly, clear, and got it sorted without making me repeat all the details. I also appreciated that the updated info and receipt came through by email right away, so I wasn’t left wondering if it actually went through.
It wasn’t some huge dramatic situation, but when you’re already stressed, quick and easy service really does matter. I was genuinely relieved and appreciated how smooth they made it

I was a little nervous when I saw how small the plane was , but the pilots were so calm and professional that I relaxed quickly . The flight ended up being really smooth , and I felt safe the entire time . I’d definitely fly Cape Air again .
